THE SPACE
Jasmin Hill is a very spacious and comfortable 6 bedroom home with style and grace. The main house was built in the 1940's and offers three bedrooms.
Not too far from the main house, you’ll find a separate one bedroom suite complete with indoor jacuzzi, cheekily named “The Bandulu”.
Jasmin Hill also offers a two bedroom two bathroom cottage with separate kitchenette and outdoor shower.
In the original main house, the extra large rooms all have hardwood or ceramic tile floors. The art filled living room overlooks the sea, pool and side courtyard garden.
All bedrooms have quiet split air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms with showers.
Dining can be on the new, large veranda facing either the sea or pool or in the indoor private dining room. The home is filled with fine furniture, original artwork and unique details. A Yamaha upright piano is located in the entrance room. Lush gardens or ocean surround Jasmin Hill with spectacular views from all rooms.
The villa also includes a large spring water swimming pool. A new wrap around covered veranda is perfect for morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Sea swimming is especially wonderful from the Jasmin Hill dock. Stone steps lead into crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Within 50 yards of shore is a wonderful coral reef perfect for snorkeling. The reef and surrounding shoreline are a protected habitat and fishing is not allowed.
A fully equipped gym is also found on property, named “Dr. Bird’s Jungle Gym”
Jasmin Hill is fully staffed with a superb Caribbean chef, butler, an optional van driver with a deluxe 15-passenger Toyota van, a housekeeper, laundress and a gardener. The driver lives on the property in separate staff area. All meals can be served either in the large dining room or on three outside locations (garden terrace, ocean terrace or pool).

Additional guests over the villa maximum of 12 people will incur a charge of $350/week plus $150 for a roll-away bed per extra guest.

Lyndel Brown is the approved driver for Jasmin Hill. He is licensed by Maxi and fully insured. He charges standard rates of $875/week for up to 12 passengers, or $1,200 for up to 15 passengers. Minimum daily rates are $135 and $175.
OCHO RIOS
Jasmin Hill Villa is located directly on the ocean in Ocho Rios, Jamaica approximately 1.5 hour drive east from Montego Bay airport. The entrance is off private Hermosa Road and as you pass through the Jasmin Hill gates you will see the beautiful landscaped sea view property.
The villa is within walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios and approximately one mile east of downtown Ocho Rios.
