THE SPACE

Ivy’s Cove has two units available for rent. Both units are located on the second floor of the villa. Each unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest room with two queen beds. A large kitchen and living room with TV is also included, along with a balcony that overlooks the sea.

We also recommend visiting a restaurant located at the top of the neighbourhood called Elaine's. You'll reach it by walking or driving up the main access road from the Gatehouse and turning left, then following the road up - it is well signposted and has beautiful views and a menu that includes vegetarian options.

“If you are looking for a real Jamaican vacation, skip the big resorts and come stay at Ivy’s Cove. It is quiet, relaxing, relatively close to major tourist attractions without crowds. There’s a nice secluded beach just around the bend by kayak. If you need anything there’s a market a short walk up the street. Maura and Ms. Yvonne will make sure you have a great time in Jamaica!”

“It turned out we were arriving in Jamaica on Dream weekend which is a very busy time in Negril. Maura ended up moving us to a different unit prior to arrival so we never had the chance to meet or see her place. The placed we stayed in was run by Chris who was very friendly and helpful. The house was awesome and a solid upgrade from the unit we had originally reserved. I have absolutely no complaints. Having access to the neighboring resort beaches was a very nice plus. We were attending a wedding at the Sandals resort and it is a much shorter walk down the sand than taking the street. Would definitely rent here again!”
